Shipping and Delivery

Although our goal is to process your order the same day, please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing time after placing your order.  See below for Shoes and Special Orders.  At this time, Con Couture ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  If you need Express Shipping of any kind, please contact customer service at concouture@gmail.com directly first instead of placing your order online.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shoes and Special Orders

Due to the wide range of sizing and styles in shoes, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered.  Shoes and special orders take longer to process so leave plenty of time to plan for a costume or prepare for a Con.

International

Sales Tax

Con Couture charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Con Couture stands behind all the products that we sell with full monetary refunds for 90 days.  Any returns after 90 days will be for exchanges or store credit only.  If there is a mistake with your order, please contact customer service directly at concouture@gmail.com so that a return, exchange, and/or refund can be arranged.


Stock and Availability

We strive to show accurate daily availability on our website and social media channels.  However we are only human, and occasionally mistakes are made.  If there is an issue with stock and availability on an order, we will make every issue to contact the customer quickly and directly via the email concouture@gmail.com.
